If you are a patient currently in hospital with a complaint or a concern, we encourage you to discuss this with your Nurse or with the Consumer Services Coordinator.
If you have had a positive experience with one of our staff, we are interested in hearing about this also. The hospital has a staff recognition program and seeks to recognise staff who provide exceptional care and service.
There are "We Care A Lot" (Staff Excellence Feedback Cards) for Patient and Carers, located throughout Abbotsford Private Hospital, that can be completed and returned to Reception.
You can also write your compliments on the Feedback Form (The Improving Performance Log) and place it in the Feedback Box.
This box is checked twice a day.
Discharge and Post-Discharge Survey
We will ask you to complete some discharge surveys. These can be completed on the day of your discharge or we can email them to you approximately two weeks after your discharge. The feedback you provide helps us to know what we are doing well, staff we should recognise, and how we can improve our service for all patients and their visitors.
